Practice Area of Emphasis: Pediatrics

Our families (client’s and relatives) call her TJ. She has been a practicing Occupational Therapist since January 2017. TJ has worked with both the Pediatric and Geriatric communities. Starting off as a Geriatric Care Aide to becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), she knew that healthcare was the goal. Following in her Mother's footsteps was not the initial plan, but TJ developed a love for the creativity and wide range of skills that an OT can offer.

What is Occupational Therapy (OT)?

Occupational therapy helps people across the lifespan to do the things they want and need to do through the therapeutic use of daily activities (occupations). Occupational therapy practitioners facilitate adaptations of the environment or task to allow full participation for people of all ages despite disability, injury, or illness.
